JESSE'S THOUGHTS

Thursday night was an unbelievable night for the wrestlers that were fortunate enough to work in front of such an incredible crowd. It was a building with over 200 delightful and exciting children that enjoyed the exciting EWF matches. As a promoter and trainer of some of the best talent that has come out of my wrestling school, I felt so proud of my boys, as I watched how their dreams unfolded in front of me.

Wow! Watching Diamante Rojo making such a spectacular debut on the nights first match against "Top Shelf" Jeremy Jaeger. I certainly was proud. Diamante Rojo is our newest addition to the EWF and student of the real deal SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS in Southern California. The EWF talent just seems to be getting better as well as our product. Everyone was all fired up.

I was told by the staff of Way of the World Church that a Mother of one of the kids in the audience demanded that her son be pulled out so she could take him home. Staff went to get the kid and he refused to leave as he was having a great time yelling and screaming at the wrestlers. Staff members went and told the kids mother that she should look in and see how much fun he was having. As the mother looked in and saw her son having such fun, she started crying as she had never seen her son enjoy himself that way. Her son has always been a disturbed child and a troublemaker. These are the things that make me proud to be a part of this business.

I enjoy promoting. I do it because I respect and love this business. Plus, I respect each and every wrestler that has the guts and desire to train and earn his right to wrestle in the squared circle. Most of all, I respect our fans who come out and support our business, giving us an opportunity to show them that we may not be as big as WWE or TNA but we, as a smaller promotion, are paving the road for our young talent so that they have the opportunity to reach that highway to the big leagues of our industry.

I expect that 2008 will be an incredible and exciting year for the EWF and The School of Hard Knocks. Expect many surprises that will be shared with our wrestlers and our fans.
