Our newer talent has got some big shoes to fill.

I know that this coming year we will surprise our fans with more new and exciting talent, as we have some very dedicated students going through our school right now.

I am so proud of all the wrestlers that were trained at the School of Hard Knocks and so many others that were associated with us as they were trained elsewhere but came in to our domain to learn more and to experience exposure in the business. I have such wonderfull memories of so many good friends and students. It really is hard to get too attached to friends and students as it seems as they are here one day and gone the next. Although they all live in my mind as I share stories of past friends and students to my new students, as I feel that by hearing of others fortunes or misfortunes the newer student will learn.

In our business there is no end to learning. I just finished reading Jeff Walton's book named RICHMOND 95171 A WRESTLING STORY To many of you it may mean absolutely nothing. to me it means my career. Jeff covers a lot of California wrestling history as he saw it unfold in front of him as he was a part of it. I remember the things that he talks about, as some of what he writes about I remember very well. I highly recomend this book to anyone that loves and respects this business. After reading this book I am sure you will look at wrestling from another point of view. I will have Jeff Walton at some of my events to promote this book after the holidays. It will be the best $20.00 you ever spent. If you want to order this book from Jeff by mail it's $20.00 plus an additional $4.00 for shiping cost.
