| A capacity crowd endured the blistering cold in our first ever outdoor show from the Knights of Columbus Hall in El Monte! The crowd would get their moneys worth as the night featured a stacked card with nine matches and the debuts of several new EWF superstars. |

Match 1: "Handsome"
Johnny Starr & J. Terex III vs Angelas & "Sexy"
Sonny Samson
Young Angelas, in just his second ever wrestling match, would team with the more seasoned Samson making his debut in an EWF ring. The powerful Samson squared off against Terex trading huge shoulder blocks. The acrobatic Samson would even hit a springboard centon from the top rope to Starr! Angelas was holding his own despite his inexperience, however, with Starr’s employee, Vizzion, at ringside, he would distract the ref to allow Terex to hit Angelas with a low blow. The ref would turn around just in time to see Terex hit a devastating samoan drop to pin the young rookie. Winner: Johnny Starr & J. Terex III |

2: "Brawlin'" Bo Cooper vs "Sadistic" Ron Kilbourn
A classic big man versus bigger man match. Kilbourn’s power was on display early, as he won a test of strength versus cooper. However, Cooper’s surprising agility would prove effective as he avalanche splashed Kilbourn in the corner. This allowed Bo to apply his trademark Broncin' Bo Buster to finish off Kilbourn. Match 3: EWF Cruiserweight Championship Joey Harder (c) vs "The So-Cal Kid" Ryan Taylor Taylor went on the offensive early on, which caused Harder to rethink his strategy. He threw Taylor to the outside and began to work his legs to ground the high flyer. Harder Powerbombed Taylor to the mat and attempted a monsault to put away his opponent, but Taylor moved out of the way. With Harder down, Taylor would try to make a comeback. He locked in a crucifix submission but Harder would reverse into a standing toe hold, causing Taylor to tap out. Winner and still champion: Joey Harder |
| Match 4: "Canadian Goddess" Candice LeRae vs Carla Jade The rivalry between these two divas contiues to heat up. The two exchanged arm drags to start the match. Lerae then challenged Jade to a test of strength. The devious diva would rake the eyes of Jade and continued to pound her into the mat. She then applied a Mexican Surfboard, but the resilient Jade wouldn’t tap out, and eventually broke the hold. Candice cinched in a waist lock and tossed Jade with a German Suplex. After that, Candice made quick work of Jade and finished her off with her patented Heartbreaker..

| Match 5: Battle Royal The entire locker room cleared out for this huge match, which would determine the #1 contender for the EWF World championship. We saw the debuts of EWF newcomers “The So-Cal Sensation” Justin Jackson, Darkholme and Bigg E Biggs. Once again, the young rookie Angelas would make an impact, making it to the final five along with Liger Rivera, Johnny Starr, Bino Gambino and Joey Ryan. The rookie would be thrown out by the crafty Gambino, who lured him near the ropes. Gambino and Starr double teamed Liger, who was sent out hard and belly flopped hard on the asphault. The alliance would continue as the two turned their attention to Joey Ryan. Ryan would incapacitate Starr and send Gambino over the top rope. This only served to anger the former champ. from the outside Bino would choke Ryan on the top rope, allowing Starr to get the jump on Ryan and send him flying for the win! | Match 6: EWF World Championship "The Classic Legend" Chavo Guerrero (c) vs Syrus Chavo can still go with the best of them! Just one week after wrestling 4 of the EWF's top competitors in Bino Gambino, Syrus, Joey Harder and Dan Kobrick, he is set to defend against the impressive Syrus. Chavo's veteran experience as a ring technician was evident as he worked over Syrus’ legs to prevent him from establishing a vertical base. He would lock in a figure 4 headlock and came close to making Syrus submit. Chavo appeared to have the match well in hand and sent Syrus to the outside with a DDT! However, referee Mando Vega was too close and he was pulled out too! Chavo was first back in the ring waiting for his opponent and the ref. This was the perfect time for Kobrick and Harder to strike to avenge their loss against Los Guerreros Senior at Old School Justice. They beat down Chavo, flung him into the ropes and sent him spinning – all unbeknownst to Syrus. Syrus made his way back into the ring to see a confused Chavo, who he caught and nailed with his Final Fall finisher. Mando Vega made his way back to the ring and crowned Syrus the new EWF champion by counting to three! Winner and new EWF World Champion: Syrus After the match, Harder and Kobrick came back and decided to continue to beat on Chavo, Syrus tried to help, but Harder hit him with a low blow. Commissioner Mando Guerrero chased off Harder and Kobrick and said he was going to teach Kobrick a lesson. He challenged him to a match one on one in Covina on April 9th! |

Match 7: EWF Tag Team Championship Los Chivos (c) vs Black Metal & X-Torm with Suavecito This match featured some great Lucha action! Quick hiptosses, reversals and dropicks were abound in the early stages. Chaos would break out and all four men were in the ring together. Los Chivos would hit a double twisted legged submission to both men. While Engma De Oro and Black Metal duked it out on the outside, Kayam would hit a Frogsplash to an incapacitated X-Torm for the win. Winner and still champions: Los Chivos |

Match 8: Jason
King & Dan "The Man" Kobrick vs Brandon Nitro &
TJ Perkins
The match began as King and Perkins went hold to hold to start the match. A technical wrestling clinic would be on display for the El Monte crowd. Perkins would toss King to the outside to taunt his opponent. King made his way back and both men tagged their partners. Nitro and Kobrick slugged it out in the ring as Nitro goaded Kobrick to the ropes. Nitro then locked in Kobrick in the illegal Tarantula submission maneuver but was forced to break the hold after a five count. The damage was done as an injured Kobrick made his way to his corner and tagged in King. Nitro tagged in Perkins who entered with a Springboard Centon landing on King! The two high flyers had the match well in hand as Nitro hit the Nitrous 450 splash to win the match! Winners: TJ Perkins & Brandon Nitro |

Match 9: Bino
Gambino vs Joey Ryan
The Battle Royal added fuel to an already existing fire between these two men. The two had each other well scouted, as early trip up/reversals were exchanged. Gambino hit a Jawbreaker early to take an advantage in the match. Ryan would come back, clotheslining Bino to the mat. The two would exchange blows, which led to Bino executing a Fishermans Suplex. He sized up ring for the Binomite, but Ryan blocked it! He whipped Bino off the ropes, who then walked right into a Superkick! Ryan covered a dazed Bino for the win. Winner: Joey Ryan |
